Authorized service approved by Mexico City government related to the service offered to the client by Capital Bus S.A. de C.V. terms and conditions are mentioned next:

Prices are public and VAT Tax is already included. Services offered by this company include the bracelet, earphones, a flyer and a map given once on board. Even though the web page and buying process content is available in some languages, confirmation emails must be only in Spanish. Capital Bus service hours:

Downtown – Polanco route:
Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Frequency: 20-30 min. approximately.

Reforma – Santa Fe route.
Monday to Sunday.9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Departures from Liverpool st. 155 Zona Rosa: 9:00 am, 12:00 pm, 3:00pm and 6:00 pm.
Departures from Santa Fe Mall: 10:30 am, 1:30 pm, 4:30pm and 7:30. (In front of Saks fifth avenue)

Temples route:
Monday to Sunday.9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
Departures from Zócalo: 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00pm and 5:00pm.
Departures from Basilica: 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 4:00pm and 6:00pm.

ELECTRONIC TICKET

Tickets bought via internet must be printed by the user and shown to the staff at the sales points so the electronic ticket must be validated and exchanged by a bracelet.

USE OF BRACELET

The bracelet will be given by the staff once bought. It must be placed around the wrist, worn and shown any time during the 24 hours that the bracelet is valid for its use. The bracelet will be valid for 24 hours and its length will begin the first time it will be scanned on board. Users will be asked to show the bracelet every time they get on the bus. In case of buying the tickets via internet, internet must be printed by the user and shown to the staff at the sales points so the electronic ticket must be validated and exchanged by a bracelet.

The bracelet will allow users to get on the bus as long as there are available seats, in case the bus will be at its full capacity, the user must wait for the next bus on the route. Users without a valid bracelet will not be able to get on the bus. The bracelet (ticket) is produced by Capital Bus. The bracelet is property of Capital Bus. Unfavorable weather and transit conditions or changes in route due to situations beyond our control will not be considered for a partial or a total refund in any case. In case of lost, it will not be refunded. Users must scan bracelets every time they get on and get off the bus; in case the bracelet will not be scanned when get off the bus for three times the bracelet will be invalid.

DEPARTURE POINTS AND STOPS

Buses will only stop at the stops previously designed and authorized. See the map to locate stops.

TICKET VALIDITY

The ticket entitles the Customer to use all Big Bus services during operational hours for 24 hours commencing at the time the Customer first boards the bus. There are not ticket changes or refunds.

LOSS

Please take care of all personal property. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss.

BUS SAFETY

Passengers must pay attention on safety signals and safety recommendations extended by Capital Bus staff. Passengers must remain seated while the bus is in motion. The Company will not be liable for any accident caused by the negligence of the passenger. In case of accidents caused due to the negligence of the bus operators, the ticket offers travel insurance to the passengers.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

In case of accidents caused due to the negligence of the bus operators, the ticket offers travel insurance to the passengers.

IT IS PROHIBITED ON BOARD:

  • To smoke
  • To eat any kind of Food
  • The consumption of Alcoholic drinks
  • The use of Illegal drugs
  • To stand up, walk or run while the bus is in motion
  • To take anything out the bus
  • To not keep arms and head inside the bus
  • The use of umbrellas
  • To get on the bus with guns, it is only permitted to authorized public security or police corps.
  • Pets, but guide dogs

CUSTOMER CONDUCT

We may at our discretion require any person to alight from a tour if we deem his/her conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, or if behaving in such a way as to constitute a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.

DISCOUNT AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Special offers are valid for people who show INAPAM ID and for children under 12 years old. Discounts and special offers are just for a specific period of time and could be changed without prior notice.

FREQUENCY

Frequency may vary according to weather and traffic conditions. The Company reserves the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event of marches, parades, or where reasonably prudent to do so in the light of circumstances beyond the Company’s control. Ask our staff about the times or check on line the location of the buses. Lack of available seats and all adverse conditions mentioned before, will not be considered for a partial or a total refund. The Company reserves the right to change itineraries, departure schedules, and route length.

TOURS

All our tours must be booked and must be paid at least one day before to assure a seat. All our tour guides and agents, either on board or at our sales points, are able to sell tickets.

The price of the ticket is in Mexican currency.

All our tours include bilingual tour guides (English and Spanish). Tours do not include food, drinks or tips.

The client must pay the total 100% of the ticket price to assure the preferred place.

In case the client needs to cancel or to change the ticket it must be done 48 hours before to avoid cancelation charges. In case of No Show, total cancelation charges will be applied.

The client must give the ticket that shows the message “Atracción” to the tour guide. Each tour has its own Terms and Conditions.

The agency Amigo Tours (Operadora Arozarena S.A. de C.V.). is responsible of the tour transport services.

Tours are in shared services.
